  • Not at all. Our workshop is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those with some practice. Come as you are.

  • We'll guide you through breathwork and meditation techniques, accompanied by music. It's a chance to relax deeply and explore your inner landscape.

  • 2 hours total. There's a 60-minute guided journey, followed by 60 minutes of practical instruction on breathwork and meditation basics.

  • No physical contact. The instructor guides verbally, ensuring your comfort and personal space.

  • We provide mats and cushions. Just wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement.

  • We keep it intimate with a maximum of 6 participants. This allows for a more personalized experience

  • Absolutely. Private sessions are available at $100/hour per person. Reach out and we'll set it up.

  • Yes. We'll teach you four key exercises to calm your nervous system and find balance. These are designed for easy integration into your daily routine.
